There are studies linking fever and outcomes in humans, but it's a little bit harder to control. A lot of the ways that we control fever and humans is by giving them antipiretics. In this metaanalysis, if you had fever, mortality was 22 %. If you had a normal temperature, the mortality was 31%. And the patients with hypothermia had a mortality of forty seven per cent. So there must be some benefit here. Yes, there's got to be, right? Rand: We're seeing evidence of it in terms of outcomes in am in animals.
