Are We Socialized?
People are resistant to strong women. And i go back to looking at how are we socialized. We know we have to look attractive and catch our man. By the time we are adults, basically we look at men and say, he's supposed to be domineering. He's supposed to stand up and speak. You might notice i use my hands a lot. Believe it or not. I have actually been reprimanded for usn y and they've called me basylikely down and shut up. All i can say is, in my career, i heard the wat you stand. When you it's like standing while leading, you use your hands, you might intimidate people.
