How to Seed a Cloud

The idea of cloud seeding is that we are introducing something into the cloud and make the cloud precipitate, whether it's rain or snow. When you have pure water, meaning there's very few contaminants like dust or particles of anything or bacteria, it doesn't actually freeze at 0 degrees Celsius or 32 degrees Fahrenheit. This kind of water is called super cold water and it requires some sort of trigger to get it to want to turn from a liquid to a solid.
