The Importance of External Stability in a Wide ISA

The stereotypical downside of the narrow ISA is that they're very good at occupying either side of mid stance. So it's getting them to spend more time in mid stance is the challenge. I think Hatfield squats for bringing out all sorts of stance qualities can be really, really useful. But what everyone needs when they suck at anything basically is just way more external stability on know how to regress it back down to the floor.
