David Rothkopf: I think it's fairly easy to feel sympathetic towards Twitter because of course they didn't know what ISIS was specifically planning. But imagine the reverse where the person is able to send money to Osama bin Laden. And so I think you should, you have to put yourself in both of those positions and say, if one isn't aiding in a betting, maybe the other one isn't either.
