Is This a Novelty?

I think people, especially in the last couple of years have just gotten kind of desensitized to hype around. chat GPT coming out where people could actually try it for themselves and see like, oh, this is not a fad. This is not hype. This is something that I can use. And there's a lot of value in it and it's really freaking good. Right. How would we know if we actually accidentally achieved consciousness? Right.
