The Complexity of Pain

Pain is an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience described in terms of actual or potential tissue damage. The neurons that we stimulate that ultimately result in the experience of pain are actually quite distinct from the painful experience itself. So it's not like wires and signals, there's more to it than that. Whereas no-ceception could be a bit more just the activity of no-ceceptions.
