Cascatelli Sauce - Can't Wait to Try It!
I hated the idea that anyone would feel left out of the cascatelli experience, so ureally lad to be able to share it with more people. A few days later, elizabeth and harvey sent me a message about what they did with the posta. I soutede up some beond beef and some baby portabellas and put that into a sauce, made it nice and chunky. It served up beautifully. Couldn't wait to dive in the tooth sink ability. The texture of the little cascatelle waterfall was great. Had no problem finishing at all.
