Hofstateract: Could you give us a bit more flavor to what exactly you mean by abstractiony s kind of a form of abstraction. When i see two examples of a category, u like, two different dogs, and then i categorize the the whole thing is dog. I'm kind of making an abstraction. And that's really i e exactly. We use them more meteforically, but we don't even notice that it's a metofor because concepts are sort of on this continuum - concrete and individualistic, tot being more abstract and meteforical.
