A lot of technical people fearful, especially now in the remote work, very fearful to reach out to have conversations. It used to be, hopefully they ran into them in the elevator or get a cup of coffee. Now, the only way to get for your remote is you gotta make a request for a Zoom session and something like that. And so, yeah, you can't build trust overnight, but relationships can be developed fairly quickly.
