On a smaller team, everything is amplifiedso those gaps are because no one's going to pick up the slack. I think of my job as supporting everyone on our team, you know? Anf, the rolls that i've hire to be support people for aren't actually supporting them. And so that can be a lot of time and energy. Hin maningenti has been incredibly rewarding. But it's also likei requires so much more from me, emotionally, spiritually, physically, than the work.
