It depends on the context in the person. It's going to work for probably six to 18 months. And then that that adaptation is kind of like the shell fly if is expired. If i just go do a workout and i max out every time, but it doesn't necessarily have structure. Am i going to get stronger? Like, am i going build more muscle? Or not necessarily.
