Too many job seekers believe that a resume is all you need to win. Having a great resume is obviously a big boost in your job search, but it is not even close the only thing that you need to be successful. Your resume gets you in the door, but then you actually need to sell yourself face to face with this person who is in a position to hire you. And you need to beat out your competition. There are so many fastets to the job search. Those are just a few. There's so many more that i didn't even mention. We have net working, right? We have who you know at the company. And then we have the actual interviews themselves.
