The Structure of Scientific Revolutions
The structure of scientific revolutions was our book for this month and in my monthly book club. I highly recommend reading at least a couple of the books even if you can't always keep up with the one per month pace. Unlike science which tends to proceed into the unknown given that no one has a better solution as individuals there are very often other theories that will explain and are better than the theories we currently have. It's up to us as individuals not to go out and do experiments and discover things from the world from first principles because no one has therefore explored it but to read and to improve our knowledge on all sorts of topics.
