Is There a Cold War in North Korea?

North Korea's long-range missiles could approach from below the equator a stealthy tactic and disable satellite communication. South Korea may be able to stop nuclear launches by North Korea assuming all zones are covered. Clear it out, make it converted into agriculture, the sword into plow sheer scenario, and set the people of North Korea free from their dictator. It is time to end the Cold War and remove the DMZ.
