Athletes tend to think very black and white I am either succeeding or I'm not. If there are if you give yourself kind of backup plans and backups to the backups to the replacements you can basically just step down rather than just fall off a cliff. So it's not easy to necessarily shift those thoughts not necessarily but if you know okay here's at least what I'm going to try here's the mantra the Q phrases that I'll use. Again it leaves less up to chance and it leave less up to that like stressed out entire race brain who is not your ally at that point.
