Can Philadelphia Win the East?

Brooklyn feels like a team that any individual team doesn't want to see em because they have a big puncher's chance. But in one series, what i want to be the team across from them? Not necessarily, and probably ally not. Are we feeling comfortable that philadelphia can win the east? I mean, i think so. Any of these es, tee or twor t or one teams could win.
