Theta Meditation - The Time of No Time
Focus on breathing, and then slowly close our eyes as we're able to just relax with the intention that this is going to be fun and freeing. We are not in any sort of danger or fight or flight. We are relaxing. This triggers a state of the pari sympathetic nervous system to relax. What shall we focus on? Everyone imagines something that we would really like to happen for ourselves,. It could be mundane, it could be wonderful. Think about the way that it benefits everyone involved.
