Nominee Income for 2022 - Cleon Pipes In
You can't create an LLC or corp in December 22 and claim it to be earned since January of 2022. So Snow White, don't force the company to freak out and give you a 1099 for 2022 unless you're trying to retroactively make it an S corp for 2022. If they refuse to do that, it's okay. No harm or foul. We're going to run the money through the Schedule C as a nominee income. You bring the nominee income into a Schedule C and then essentially you 1099, your own S corp.
