Biden doesn't have one message he has like four or five messages and this is a basic political politics communication 101. He's not even on the playing field on the one issue that most people have said this is what I'm gonna vote about "He's out of nowhere you've got Senator Rick Scott and Senator Ron Johnson talking about the prospect of having to vote on these issues time and time of the year" Biden hasn't talked about social security in months, it came out over the summer we talked about it for a little bit and it went away and now he's trying to revive it in the last minute any political operative will tell you it can take a month or two to move voters
