I think there is a place for team specific cultures as well. I think having a company culture at a high level is really important. And that usually comes down to having shared values. But when it comes to specifically understanding how to deliver feedback or how to communicate, it's hard to do that at a company level because every function in the company is also going to have a very different view on that.
