The Importance of Talent Allocation

I've been going through this right now. I've been looking for people to recruit. And it's, you know, especially if you're someone who has the ability to kind of either do frontier level research or to do, or to be an entrepreneur, right? Like, it's, it's not too appealing, right? But in the long run, I really want to find some way of kind of optimizing the kind of meta level allocation of talent between these two areas.
