I think it's important for people to, you know, do some degree of experimentation. I'll often hear that people say, I'm not hungry in the morning. And just simply adding in a little bit of morning sunlight and the impact that has to reduce the level of melatonin that's sort of free floating in the blood. Now, all of a sudden, my wife is hungry in theMorning she actually feels like she functions better throughout the day. Getting out first thing in the morning, not only you're getting steps, you're getting a chance to get away from your phone and your computer. It's a much more powerful way to start the day.
