Today, we are going over meditation number 10 from book one of meditations. Marcus thanks catalysts and which reads as follows: "Catalyst not to contempt any friends, ex postulations, though unjust" It's so easy to fall into the habit of speaking ill of people behind their back,. And I think we can all identify with this one as well.
