The Third Precept Is Paid Sexual Services

Paid sexual services, things like prostitution, if you're hiring a male or a female to have sex. While that does go on many parts of the world, we experience harm because of this. You can even end up getting beat up and murdered in these situations too. There's no harm in people coming together, too consenting, loyal, committed adult who choose to have a sexual relationship with each other. That's why it's not in here as sexual misconduct. The buddha was ar of people who preferred same gender relationships. He actually talks about it in his teachings.
