The Differences Between Working Life in Norway and the Us
In norway, the focus is very much on life style and raising children. There's a huge amount of holiday and time off flexibility you get in the work place. I'm always amazed when i get in on monday morning how many emales are in my in box ro from people working on sunday nights. It's just, traditionally there's been more flexibility. And its may be changed at even more in the states than here.
