How to Get Your First Contract

You have to do the work. Nothing is going to save you from sitting on the phone or knocking on doors and talking to sellers. The people that I know that crush it in this business very early on right out of the bat, they're aware that this business takes work. You guys don't buy into the BS that you can go buy a course on wholesaling and never have to talk to a seller and just JV people's deals. There's no real money on this earth without work. That's how it should be. That's what capitalism is. It's you get out what you put in. And yes, there's other levels you can pull as you start doing deals
