Are We Going to Have a Pandemic?

Employees are becoming accustomed to being able to work from wherever they en to be, whether that's at home or on the road. We're seeing a trend of employees expressing reluctance to go back to an office for lots of different reasons. There have been numerous discussions about whether being in an office is actually important to getting work done. But things like innovation and forming bonds with co workers really suffers when we are not in the same place at the same time.
