How to Raise Money for a Developer Tool That's Open Source

The company is raising money for a developer tool that's open source. The basic idea is we're going to do our own cloud for JavaScript, not use existing clouds. We really want to have deploy times that are in the single digit, maybe low double digit milliseconds for like push to to deploy.
