typescript has seen like, wild success to the point where it's so deeply integrated into the j s eco system that in a lot of the m p m packages, even youre writing pure j s. The way it's played out, i think you're absolutely right, like microsoften and the typescript team deserve a lot of credit for actively engaging the open source community.
