I want my daughter to see her mother having a career and not feeling shame or guilt. I explain to her, i want to work. I enjoy working. It makes me happy. And if she watches me do that day an day out, guess what? She's going to do exactly that. So you have to model yourself making those choices for them. That's the only way they're going to learn.
