It's the best to be very transparent on your roadmap. Like, hey, here's where we are moving towards. Here is our direction. Here is what we are going to do because customers appreciate that. If they're not, you're in for a lot of pain either way as it would be this feature and then it will be another feature. So if they're not aligned with the priorities that you have, they're actually better off losing their customer than keeping them.
