Fish Sauce

I would have loved an herb of some kind, like i was expecting, like a salontro, a mint. It also took every ounce of me not to put fish sauceis vertia in there. I really wanted Like some mami element to go in there, and i really wanted to put fish Sauce in, but i didn't. And i think it like etted up being like a great sauce to put on the chicken, but it's like a side sauce. Yes, i think that it was probably salty enough, as as directed for a dipping sauce,. Although i have a high salt tolerance, why i would have added more anyway.
