Why You Shouldn't Limit Yourself to What Society Tells You

I was in my late twenties, already worked construction the entire time i was in school. And when i wanted to get promoted, because i was capable of doing that, i got b to tell me like, wait your turn. Pay your dues. You're too young bea project manager. You can't manage millions of dollars. Real simple. Thanks. Please wait his turn. Man. Like, why? Why limit your self based on what society tells you is your potential? Why would you do that? That's not what antepinership is. We get to create our own value in this world. But ultimately, business is we have reasons for starting and we have purposes.
