How Do You Improve Your Mind?

Vedante's philosophy says that you have two internal equipments, a body and an intellect. The more powerful your mind, the more powerful the river is. And internally, you can use your intellect to guide your mind. But if you don't do that, it will wreak absolute havoc n your world. As as the adage goes, the mind is a wonderful servant, but a terrible master.
