Bhat: There is inevitable change that comes to anybody, especially somebody who's had a lot of success. Bhat says for people who want to get better at things, they need to understand that life is going to change and your strengths are going to change. The good news is there's a better strength curve that comes in behind the first one that most people don't even know exists - called crystallized intelligence. It increases through your forties, then your fifties and sixties, and stays high in your seventies and eighties and even nineties.
