The Hungry Gap Is in the Garden

In winter, we use the greenhouse as a very important part of our vegetable plot. We then fill those beds with salad crops. And that's because of what i was saying, the hungry gap is is outside. In may, april, may, i've got practically nothing, certainly nothing fresh. You know, that's what you crave at that time of year. It's why people eat nettle tips and things. It's because you want that fresh greenness that is exploding all around you in the flower garden, but a e not in the vegetable garden.
