Just get it out of the way. It's so easy to let some of the stuff that's like, oh, this is not pressing. There is no deadline on it. And then when you don't want to do it is when you end up having to do it because something sat there for a while. So just knock out the easy stuff or set up your folders, get your calendar into a decent system and have a thought as to what your color coding would be. Use the quiet time that you'll have before like some of the hard work starts to really come in to get all these foundational things taken care of and taken off the table.
