The Leganord Movement Is a Genuinely Regional Movement, and It's an Early Insight
Any movement that attempts to form itself bureacratically, simply becomes part of the bureaucracy. A not only is subsumed into the bureaucracy, but potentially strengthens the bureaucracy by inoculating it against that particular threat. And so a movement like the leganord is important. It's attempting to break off, in a way, and to establish a new set of rules. There's an opposition to totalizing rationalism pocons thinking, and in pucons political formulations.
