The Customer Journey Isn't This Linear Thing
The customer journey doesn't have to be this linear thing. Customers don't need to start at the beginning, and then finish at the end of this customer journey. If you're smart, you'll think deeply about that, and you'll work out what those are. So it turned out that for these large multinationals, there were actually two different points of entry, two completely different paths that they would go on.
