I think in the end, this podcast is also about giving a bit of advice or at least some examples and hints for other leaders on how they could actually embark on similar growth journeys. I mean, I need to be more as obviously because there are a lot of great people out there who do fantastic jobs. So my guidance would be, if you get into new projects or you have to really adjust your framework, start with looking at your people. Do not think you can have people who can do half it. Second, keep your perspective to the outside, not only the inside. On the inside is only a very small world. The world outside is much bigger and is much more to learn
