I think as an industry, we should have seen this was coming during COVID. All of us had our hands tied. This whole year should be about making sure we're educating. I personally hear as some of the real estate associations, I do mentor landlords that self-manage. If one does bad, all of a suck. Every day, you just go out looking to hurt somebody.
