How to Get a Faded Pastell Look
There's this trend I've been seeing and it's sort of like that. It's almost as if that color hair that are used to do completely washed out. Just using a red or pink tinted conditioner gives it like not that reddish tint you'd get from an Auburn hair dye. For the average person, this kind of cool washed out look, I don't spend $300 on this. If you have, you need lighter hair though.
