Is There a Final Form of the Best Way to Work?
i see more of a trend of measuring on output now, partly because it's more difficult to measure on impurt anyway. I think at there are a lot of rational challenges, as s are rightly pointing out. You want to make sure that it's applied evenly or equally to all employees. And then what do you do in those four days? Right? If you have a problem at your company where it's a culture of meetings all day long, you're in meetings, meetings, metings, and nothing gets done. So these are kind of things that i would want to think through, like the cultural infacts, operational impacts and financial inpacts.
