Is the Industry Ready for Some Incremental Innovation?

i think regus has an opportunity to do it in a way that feels more up to date. It wouldn't surprise me if this company figured out a way to get to the other side and become a legitimate company on much stronger footing. I think they are different from rigas for the reason you said, young me, which is, you kno, regas is like a real estate play in a way. If you conceive of it as a service to small, immediume enterprises that are trying to think about location, but alsothing, but hole unch of other things, it could be interesting.
