How to Set a Minimum Fee Rate for a Transaction

CPFP is when you take a change transaction that goes back to your wallet and then you send that out as a new transaction with a very high fee. With Sparrow, does Sparrow tell me the effective fee rate before I press send? Yeah. Back in the day, you could only CPFP it. That was like your only tool. The one downside to CPFP is that you're increasing the overall size of that thing you're trying to boost because now you're adding a second transaction. So now your divisor becomes bigger.
