The Importance of ATOs
I've always preached that you're two big rocks to getting capability delivered and into production are contracts and ATOs. I think in DOD and, you know, the broader sort of national security apparatus, we have a ton of technical lifetimes that exist. And then you take all of that sort of challenge with the fact that we're asking leaders in the department to make technical procurement decisions by reading things off of a Microsoft Word document.
