Most of the ideas in the book are borrowed. We walk through each of those steps and explain what michael feathers means by those. There's a whole set of practices to protect everybody that's involved with the code, and also to handle failures in a more graceful way. One thing well do in the book is we wo have the side bars of sharing our personal experiences, or experiences were very close to, that illustrate these points. So if you don't mind, i'll share an episode where i made a big goof that still affects people.
