Mobile Home Parks - What's the Intra Structure?

In most situations, we own all the imper structures. Some have more imenities than others and some have more responsibilities than others as far as the inter structure. With this new tax law, that with in a mobile home park, we're actually finding up to 80 % of the a purchase price of a ole home park is being of the depreciable value. So that's an enormous amount of depreciation in the first year. It's a beautiful thing. Tom we love it.
