How to Select a Bipap Device?

There are certain pathologies that respond extremely well to bipap. If the chest x ray looks like a snow storm, then i would probably think more about hypho nasal canua. Don't let them rock the bipaps for too long. But just to also point out the fact that bipap and hyphonasal canu are gray, but they're not always the solution.
